Detailed Blender model
Editable Blender 5.1.2 file with 419 physical parts (412,656 triangles), procedural materials and three packed artwork images. Append TD42_ENGINE and move it with TD42_ROOT; cameras and lights stay separate.
Real-time GLB levels of detail
Three GLBs: LOD0 111,104 (about 1 m), LOD1 55,678 (about 2 m) and LOD2 21,322 triangles (about 4 m). One material and three 2048-pixel PBR maps each, plus a packed Blender file and an offline viewer.
Includes the block, head and silver-coated cover, rear-deep sump, front gear case, rear plate and crank flange, inline pump with six hard lines, intake and venturi, exhaust manifold and shield, twin filters and cooler, water pump, thermostat and heater pipes, alternator with rear vacuum pump, A/C compressor and idler, starter and engine mounts. The cover carries an original redrawing of the NISSAN print, the pump a small ZEXEL name plate, and the filler cap an oil-can icon.
Not included
Fan and coupling (removed, as in the reference photos), power-steering pump, vacuum oil lines, full vehicle wiring and plumbing, internals, transmission and flywheel.
Know before you buy
Overall size is about 778 × 1006 × 768 mm in the model, but every exterior dimension is an estimate, and hidden manifold, underside and some fuel-governor shapes are inferred. The clean-service finish and markings are interpreted from worn donor photographs; they are not official artwork or verified factory colors. Runtime textures soften at distance and LOD2 shows facets up close. No measured CAD, fitment, restoration, service, operation or printing use. Viewing was tested on one Apple M2 Mac.

Engine-specific procedural modeling and material development, reviewed in renders of the actual model. References stay private; no photo textures or downloaded meshes are included. Every image here shows this version.
