Refund policy

Digital models

Because files can't be returned, sales of digital models are final once downloaded. If a file is broken, won't open in the software listed on its page, or is materially different from its description, email us within 30 days of purchase. We'll fix it or refund you in full.

If you haven't downloaded anything yet and change your mind within 14 days, we'll refund you.

Shipped goods

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first for the return address; return shipping is yours to pay. If something arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
