Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from shop.justice.engineering, run by Justice Tooling Inc., doing business as Justice Engineering, in New York. By placing an order you agree to them, to the refund policy, and, for digital models, to the model license.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Your order is confirmed when Stripe accepts the payment.

Digital models

Digital models are delivered as ZIP downloads. After payment you're taken to your order page, which lists your files; the same link is emailed to you. Treat that link like a password: anyone who has it can download your files. Download links are fresh for 15 minutes each time you open them, and the order page itself doesn't expire. When we release an update to an item you bought, it appears on the same order page.

Your use of the files is governed by the model license. Every model is an independent visualization with estimated dimensions. It is not manufacturer CAD and must not be used for engineering, fitment, service or safety decisions.

Shipped goods

Physical goods ship from New York by USPS to US addresses only. Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are USPS's, not guarantees. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

Trademarks

Vehicle and engine names on this site identify the subject of a model. Justice Engineering is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, and no rights in their names, marks or designs are granted.

Liability

Products are provided as described on their pages and otherwise as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
