Privacy

The shop collects only what it needs to take payment, deliver your order and keep tax records. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

What we collect and why

• At checkout, Stripe collects your name, email address, payment details and, for shipped goods, your shipping address. We receive your name, email, address and what you bought. We never receive your full card number.
• Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) until you check out. It isn't sent to us until you press Check out.
• Order emails. Your email address is used to send your order link and receipt, and to answer you if you write to us. No marketing email, ever, unless you ask for it.

Who handles it

• Stripe processes payments and holds order records. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the shop and stores the download files. Like any web host it keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses. Vercel's privacy policy.
• Resend delivers the order email. Resend's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads. Google's privacy policy.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records stay in Stripe for as long as tax law requires us to keep them. We delete email correspondence we no longer need.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email work@justice.engineering. We'll answer within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax purposes are kept until we're allowed to delete them.
